Combining an artist’s intuition with experience across categories, countries, and marketing disciplines, Erin leads diverse teams and c-suite partners through brand strategy, innovation, and development efforts to drive smart decisions, clear direction, and growth for brands.  

With experience spanning retailer sales, go-to-market strategy, brand management, upstream innovation, consumer insights, creative agency leadership, and learning & development, she takes a well-rounded, empathetic approach to her work. Erin understands how to guide teams from insight to ideation to strategic development—across brand positioning, innovation platform and pipeline creation, strategic plans, convention-busting insight mining, ideation workshops, internal rallying, tool/process optimization, employee training, and more.
